Job Summary
Coordinate the distribution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) from Catering and Conference Services to all departments, verify and rectify defects before distribution, distribute BEOs to kitchen sections and relay menu challenges to the Catering Sales Manager, relay event details to Culinary Dept Heads for effective planning, manage the 21-day forecast each Thursday and ensure BEO distribution and amendments meet timelines, attend daily BEO and Chef meetings to relay updates, assist with administrative duties and culinary special projects, and provide lateral service within the department as needed; Marriott International, equal opportunity employer.
