Job Summary
Conduct food preparation, stocking of inventory, and portion control at the cookline while preparing multiple orders for accurate, timely service. Maintain store cleanliness through daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks, ensuring compliance with health codes, safety procedures, and company policies. Adhere to Kitchen Crew Training Guidelines and demonstrate core competencies in customer service, basic math, and written/verbal communication. Maintain regular, punctual attendance and perform other duties as assigned in a fast-casual environment featuring extended standing and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
