Job Summary
Kitchen Crew Member handling all facets of pizza and ingredient preparation, assembling pizzas and other menu items, coordinating and learning food stations, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting customers with questions and phone orders. Positively representing the restaurant, contributing to a fast-paced team environment, performing dishwashing and cleaning tasks, and taking pride in food quality. Training available with growth opportunities through the Pizzaiolo Management Program; competitive hourly wage based on experience with paid training and employee benefits for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods (approximately 90% of the workday)
- Proficient in using kitchen equipment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Team player
- Willingness to work varied hours including holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, climbing, and moving about the facility
