Job Summary
Kitchen Crew Member responsible for preparation of all ingredients, making pizzas or other food items in a timely and efficient manner, coordinating and learning all food stations, maintaining sanitation standards, taking phone orders, answering customer questions, making pizza boxes, portioning, cleaning of workspace, dishwashing, mopping, and performing any other duties as assigned. The role operates in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on teamwork and customer service, and offers growth through the Pizzaiolo Management Program.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoys working on a team and in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Proficient in utilizing kitchen equipment
- Ability to stand approximately 90% of workday
- Capability to withstand warm temperatures
- Flexibility to work varied hours, days, and including some holidays
- Endure various physical activities like reaching, bending, climbing and moving about the facility
- Maintain all sanitation standards
