Job Summary
Greet and welcome fans while delivering timely, quality service that exceeds expectations. Quickly and accurately prepare food products following health and safety standards, and properly operate and maintain equipment including grills and fryers. Complete assigned preparation work for stocking and setting up the grill area, and calmly solve fan concerns while embracing service recovery standards. Maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members. Communicate positively with customers and co-workers, work calmly under pressure, and be willing to perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Communicate positively with customers and co-workers constantly during shifts
- Work calmly under pressure and during busy situations
- Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to handle raw, frozen, and cooked food products
- Practice established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulations
- Be polite, work with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Willingness to work and perform job tasks as assigned
