Job Summary
Kitchen Coordinator responsible for organizing and running the kitchen, following standardized recipes, coordinating daily/weekly/monthly tasks, training new team members, managing inventory, and placing orders in the absence of the Culinary Services Director. Delivers hospitality and excellent service to residents, families, and visitors; supports scheduling and leadership development; participates in a collaborative, inclusive work culture and contributes to mission-driven dining experiences for seniors.
Required Qualifications
- Certification for position as required by the State if required. i.e.: food sanitation.
- High School diploma / GED, or as required by state regulations.
