Kitchen Coordinator I - Women & Children's Recovery Center (Fri - Tues)

Receive meals from the central kitchen and prepare them for lunch and dinner service, while also planning and preparing breakfast meals and weekend meals for all program locations. Ensure that kitchen workers are adhering to health and safety requirements and that dishes, cookware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized properly. Assist with the unloading and proper storage of weekly deliveries and work with the service manager to schedule and facilitate work therapy for guests. Meet with the Manager weekly, attend staff meetings, and participate in all Mission, Division, and Department meetings and training as required.
