Job Summary
Oversee the Appetite Satisfaction Department by preparing and cooking food orders, operating the grill and fryer, dressing items, and packaging menu items while maintaining product quality and consistency. Perform cleaning duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and sanitizing food areas. Cross-train on all stations and ensure compliance with hygiene standards and uniform requirements. Work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
