Job Summary
Stock and set kitchen stations, prepare ingredients, and cook main dishes, appetizers, and snacks. Plate foods per senior chef guidance and collaborate with servers to complete orders on time. Wash utensils, store equipment, and sanitize the prep area to meet food safety standards. Maintain accurate inventories, rotate stock, and restock for subsequent shifts. Requires 2+ years of cooking experience, ability to follow recipes, and a team mindset in a busy environment. Full-time role with daily pay, health benefits, and hotel dining discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years' experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry
- Able to read and follow standardized recipes
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
