Kitchen Cook AM Shift

Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations, preparing food by cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks. Plate prepared foods according to senior chef guidance and collaborate with servers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Wash and clean kitchen utensils, store equipment, and maintain food safety standards by rotating stock and sanitizing prep areas at shift end. Requires high school diploma, two years of cooking experience, and ability to follow standardized recipes; ServeSafe certification preferred.
