Job Summary
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas and equipment, including kitchens, storerooms, and dishwashing zones. Clean, wash, and store eating utensils, pots, pans, and other related items while ensuring floors, walls, and ceilings remain free of debris. Empty and scrub garbage containers and keep the compactor area neat. Clean out the dish machine after every meal and stock service areas with glassware, silver, and china as needed. Assist with food preparation whenever required. Perform other duties as assigned. This part-time role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds, and comfort working in extreme temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal
- Ability to perform all job duties without close supervision
- Professional image representative of company image
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Physical requirements include considerable walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable working in extreme temperatures
