Job Summary
Design center-focused role: meet with customers/builders to understand needs, assist with product selection and ordering of cabinetry, countertops, and related materials. Perform pre-construction site measurements and automated design within stock and semi-custom categories, prepare bids and proposals, and arrange project materials and schedules. Act as liaison between customers, vendors, and subcontractors; coordinate deliveries, showroom presentation, and pricing multipliers; maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, lead times, warranty policies, and vendor literature. Proactively solicit new accounts, conduct job-site visits, and ensure timely follow-through from design through project completion. Maintain an active file of customers and uphold safety and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of Kitchen & Bath industry experience required
- Maintain a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle in the state of sales activity required
- 60 hours NKBA professional development programming or equivalent technical degree preferred
- Adhere to Company’s commitment to workplace safety and complete assigned trainings
