Job Summary
Kitchen & Bath Designer responsible for developing customer relationships and coordinating the kitchen department's sales and design process. Responsibilities include providing high-level customer service, following up on quotes and orders, discussing product features/benefits, determining customer needs, up-selling appropriate products, processing orders and payments, coordinating delivery with dispatch, visiting jobsites for measures and design, and using 20/20 design software for kitchen and bath projects. Requires 1-2 years in 20/20 design and kitchen/bath design experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Location: Machias, ME. Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotational Saturdays, 40-45 hours per week. Not a remote position.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 yrs experience in 20/20 design software
- 1-2 yrs Kitchen and Bath design experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to process orders and handle payments
- Ability to visit jobsites for measures and design
- Experience in upselling products and services
