Job Summary
Kitchen Design and Sales Representative responsible for guiding design-to-delivery of kitchen and bath spaces for builders, contractors, and homeowners. Design interiors (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.), identify and secure sales opportunities, perform job-site measurements, create designs, and close final sales. Requires proven sales strategies, strong relationship-building, prompt follow-through, excellent communication, and proficiency with cabinetry knowledge, blueprints, 20/20 design software, and Microsoft Office. Role offers salary + commission; full-time with benefits and opportunities for growth. Located in Owensboro, KY with in-person responsibilities; strong emphasis on design, selling to contractors/homeowners, and collaboration with vendors and builders.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to design and to sell to contractors and homeowners
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
- Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs
- Strong math skills for quoting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
