Job Summary
Kitchen Design and Sales Representative responsible for designing (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, etc.) and securing final sales for new construction and remodeling projects. You will work directly with builders, contractors, and homeowners from measurement to delivery, leveraging proven sales strategies, strong relationship-building, prompt follow-through, and excellent communication to identify opportunities, measure job sites, create designs, and close sales. The role emphasizes a design background, cabinetry/materials knowledge, blueprints reading, quoting, and presenting design solutions, with a full-time, commission-based compensation structure and vendor incentives. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to design and to sell to contractors and homeowners
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
- Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs
- Strong math skills for quoting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
