Job Summary
Meet with homeowners and contractors to listen to project needs and recommend design solutions from floor to ceiling. Follow up on new and existing leads, answer incoming calls promptly, and handle client inquiries or complaints with professionalism. Input and maintain all data related to leads and scheduling in the Point of Sale system and department lead sheet. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects who have not yet had an estimate scheduled or purchased. Show product features, advantages, and benefits while ensuring all options fit the client's needs, wants, and budget. Full-time position with competitive salary, 401(k) matching, and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable on a computer and working independently with clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail, can multitask and work independently, motivated personality.
- Sales experience preferable but willing to train the right candidate who is self-motivated and has the drive to sell.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in reading home blueprints and a tape measure to do on site field measures; again, willing to train the right person.
- 20/20 CAD design program experience preferred; but willing to train the right person.
- Work in a positive team player atmosphere with co-workers.
