Job Summary
Under general supervision, opens and closes the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies, maintains the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean, organized manner, serves guests, and supports cross-training as needed. Must be able to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment; requires 21+ with bartending experience. Duties include opening/closing bar, obtaining supplies, handling money and making change, operating POS, and delivering high standards of hospitality. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential; positions may involve other duties such as prep cook or cocktail server as needed. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One experience bartending required
- Two or more years of bartender experience preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent. Completion of two years of college preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements
- Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
