Job Summary

This Bartender position is responsible for opening and closing the hotel Kitchen+Bar, maintaining cleanliness, serving guests, and adhering to company policies. Candidates must have at least one year of bartending experience, be at least 21 years old, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in English and excellent customer service skills are essential. Bartenders should be able to handle money, operate various equipment, and perform duties as needed in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is implied as part of hotel operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One experience bartending required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines in normal day-to-day activities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain cleanliness

Desired Qualifications

  • Two or more years of bartender experience preferred
  • Completion of two years of college preferred
