Kitchen/Bar Assistant | Galloway's Cocktail Bar

Kitchen/Bar Assistant position supporting daily preparation, inventory, and presentation of food items at Galloway’s Cocktail Bar. Responsibilities include preparing items per specification sheets, maintaining par levels, ensuring attractive presentation for both buffet and plated dishes, collaborating with front of house to uphold quality, handling customer requests promptly, setting up and cleaning preparation areas, maintaining sanitation and safe food handling standards, and executing opening/closing kitchen procedures. Requires ability to read recipes, conduct inventories, and assist with ordering under supervisor guidance; must have weekend availability and relevant permits/licenses as listed. Previous cooking experience is preferred but not required; importantly, applicants should be prepared to work in a team-driven, inclusive hospitality environment with opportunities for growth and access to a broad benefits package.
