Job Summary
Ensure accurate deliveries, stock, and set up kitchen stations. Assist in prepping food for all locations and plate food in a consistent, presentable manner. Work with the F&B staff to complete orders timely while following all hygiene and food safety standards. Perform other duties as required. This role is part of Troon's global golf and community management organization. Open availability required; weekends mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Must be able to work weekends
- High school or equivalent
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Handling hot equipment and cleaning chemicals
Desired Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Restaurant experience: Will train
- Serv Safe Certified preferred
- Have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Certificate
- positive attitude, attention to detail, and team work
