Job Summary
Support kitchen operations by interacting with customers and employees respectfully while preparing made-to-order food and beverages according to specifications. Handle food and beverage preparation, stock areas to ensure in-stock conditions, and complete cleanliness tasks to remove residue, debris, and spills. Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service, communicate inventory or equipment issues to supervisors, and uphold safety policies regarding food handling and facility compliance. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health standards while managing extended standing periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 10 hours.
- Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing and reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in environments with wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels.
