Job Summary
Kitchen Associate at Parker’s Kitchen supports kitchen operations by providing exceptional customer service and handling food/beverage preparation along with general kitchen duties. Responsibilities include engaging with customers and staff respectfully, collaborating with kitchen team to ensure timely food prep and service, communicating inventory or equipment issues to supervisors, assisting with receiving and storing food and supplies, maintaining food safety and sanitation procedures, preparing made-to-order items according to recipes/customer specs, stocking food/beverage areas, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas while adhering to Safety and Health policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to multitask and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud environments.
