Kitchen Assistant

Maintain the kitchen area to standards by keeping the washing up clean, clearing rubbish and food waste, and sweeping and mopping. Assist in preparing food for all menus to ensure outstanding hospitality levels as directed by the Head Chef. This role requires a passion for cleanliness and flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week.
