Job Summary
Conduct kitchen operations by making sandwiches, preparing salads and soups, and assisting with other culinary duties as needed. Receive, check, and store daily food and supply deliveries, ensuring accurate quantities and safe organisation of stock across dry store, fridges, and freezers in line with FIFO and food safety standards. Maintain effective stock rotation and ensure food safety standards and correct cleaning procedures are followed at all times. Meal on shift, with endless tea and coffee provided.
