Kitchen Assistant Manager

Coordinate food preparation for the hot foods area and meal center while assigning duties, scheduling breaks, and managing work hours based on business needs. Assist in writing game plans and merchandising strategies, communicate with the scan department to resolve pricing issues, and coordinate vendor and inter-company invoices daily. Perform departmental inventories, maintain equipment, and assist the manager with labor and inventory budgeting. Ensure thorough adherence to cleaning procedures and train workers on store policies and job duties.
