Job Summary
Pot wash and dishwashing, support chefs with basic food preparation tasks, and receive and store deliveries. Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas, complete cleaning schedules and deep cleaning tasks, manage waste disposal and recycling, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained. Support the wider team during busy service periods. This role is based at Oz & Isle Restaurant, the signature dining experience at The Hobson Cambridge, a flagship property within the TFE Hotels portfolio.
