Job Summary
Conduct pot washing and dishwashing while supporting chefs with basic food preparation tasks. Receive and store deliveries, maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas, and complete cleaning schedules and deep cleaning tasks. Manage waste disposal and recycling, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained during busy service periods.
