Kitchen Assistant

Maintain kitchen efficiency and spotless cleanliness during and after service. Clean utensils and dishes, perform general kitchen duties, and occasionally prepare basic food and ingredients. Adhere to Health & Safety standards to help the team achieve and maintain 5* scores on the doors. This role supports the day-to-day operations of JW Lees, a family-owned brewery with 150 locations across the North West and North Wales, known for its traditional brewing and commitment to great food and beer.
