Job Summary
Ensure all production, service, and presentation of food is up to standard while carrying out catering activities within budget. Note and act immediately on any comments regarding the catering operation, and purchase supplies through agreed suppliers. Comply with all Health & Safety at Work Act requirements and cover duties during the Cook's absence. Assist within nursery rooms as advised by the Nursery Manager or Cook.
