Job Summary
Clean the kitchen to ensure it is ready for the next day, maintain food storage areas, and receive deliveries while organizing stock correctly. Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment, load and unload the dishwasher, and remove waste safely. Clean and maintain equipment such as cookers and food mixers, support chefs with basic food preparation like washing and chopping ingredients, and assist the team during service. This role requires a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, with no experience necessary as full training is provided. Happy to work longer hours during busy summer months.
