Job Summary
Kitchen Assistant needed to support banquet operations at Cotton Culinary. Assist with meal preparation, plating, and service for large-scale events; perform general kitchen duties including dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining a clean work environment; help with stocking, organizing, and transporting kitchen supplies; set up and break down kitchen areas for banquets; ensure high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness. Travel to various job sites (50-75%) to assist catering operations, working alongside the culinary team. Requires 1-2 years of kitchen experience (catering/restaurant preferred), valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, ability to travel, and being 21 or older. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, team-oriented attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a catering or restaurant environment
- Previous experience as a server, dishwasher, or in kitchen sanitation is highly desirable

- Must be 21 years or older
