Job Summary
Assist with meal preparation, plating, and service for large-scale events; perform general kitchen duties including dishwashing and sanitation; support catering operations by organizing and transporting food items and supplies to various locations; set up and break down kitchen areas for banquets; maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness; assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients; travel to various job sites to assist in catering operations alongside the culinary team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years kitchen experience (catering or restaurant environment preferred)
- Previous experience as a server, dishwasher, or in kitchen sanitation highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
- Must be 21 years or older
