Job Summary
Support banquet operations as a Kitchen Assistant, assist in meal prep, plating, and service for large-scale events, maintain kitchen sanitation standards, and ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen. Travel to various job sites to assist in catering operations, work alongside the culinary team, and uphold high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a catering or restaurant environment
- Previous experience as a server, dishwasher, or in kitchen sanitation is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
- Must be 21 years or older
