Job Summary
Support banquet operations as a Kitchen Assistant by assisting in meal preparation, plating, and service for large-scale events; maintain kitchen sanitation and hygiene standards; assist in stocking, organizing, and transporting kitchen supplies; travel to diverse locations with the culinary team; contribute to efficient workflow and high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a catering or restaurant environment
- Previous experience as a server, dishwasher, or in kitchen sanitation is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
