Job Summary
Support culinary team by assisting in meal preparation, plating, and service for large-scale events; perform general kitchen duties including dishwashing, surface sanitizing, and maintaining a clean work environment; assist in stocking and organizing supplies and transporting food items to various locations; set up and break down kitchen areas for banquets while upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene; travel to multiple job sites to assist with catering operations; 1-2 years kitchen experience preferred, valid driver's license required, must be 21+, and able to travel 50-75%.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a catering or restaurant environment
- Previous experience as a server, dishwasher, or in kitchen sanitation is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
- Must be 21 years or older
