Job Summary
Support banquet operations by assisting in meal preparation, kitchen sanitation, and service for large-scale events; handle dishwashing, stocking, and transporting food items; travel to various job sites; maintain food safety and cleanliness; set up and breakdown kitchen areas for events; collaborate with culinary team to ensure quality and timing across all events.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a catering or restaurant environment
- Previous experience as a server, dishwasher, or in kitchen sanitation is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
