Job Summary
Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents by assisting chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys, and ensure preparation areas remain clean and tidy. Monitor stock rotation while complying with company policies, mandatory COSHH, and HACCP guidelines. Support catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties. This role requires a passion for food, previous kitchen experience, and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Work 40 hours per week at The Arkley House Care Home in Barnet for a salary of £13.10 - £14.10 per hour.
