Job Summary
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization while washing equipment, crockery, and utensils to the highest standards. Support chefs during busy service periods and receive deliveries to keep stock and storage areas organized. Uphold excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards to ensure a smooth, efficient kitchen environment. Work fixed 8-hour shifts across three patterns (7am–3pm, 8am–4pm, 3pm–11pm) for 40 hours per week, five days out of seven. Earn between £12.71 and £13.45 per hour plus a share of hotel tips and access the Performance Boost Scheme.
