Kitchen Assistant (6-week Summer Contract)

Kitchen Assistant for a 6-week Summer Contract at Mission Out. You will split responsibilities across the Refuel Hub and Churros Hut, preparing ingredients, cooking items, serving customers, handling the till, managing stock and helping maintain food safety and high hygiene standards. Responsibilities include chopping and prep work, assembling loaded ciabattas and flatbreads, preparing chips and jacket potatoes, temperature checks, waste reduction, and assisting with churros and waffles when needed. You’ll interact with guests, support front of house, and work as part of an energetic team in a casual summer role with weekend shifts possible.
