Kitchen and Cafeteria Helper

Operate dishwashing machines, transport dishes, and assist in food preparation while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and cafeteria area. Prepare, service, and transport patient trays and snacks; arrange, stock, and serve cafeteria customers by checking food temperatures and restocking condiments. Clean preparation areas, equipment, and utensils including scraping, racking, and hand-washing dishes, trays, and silverware. Operate cash registers to collect payments and record cash after snack and meal periods. Dispose of accumulated garbage and clean garbage cans. Perform other related duties as assigned, including assisting with vending machines and storing supplies.
