Job Summary
Kitchen and Bath Designer (Inside Sales) responsible for delivering design knowledge to clients, creating original renderings and kitchen/bath designs from start to finish using 2020 software, and working directly with walk-in homeowners and contractors. Tasks include preparing drawings, assisting clients in product selection, negotiating prices, preparing sales agreements and orders, attending weekly design meetings, providing client follow-up, and ensuring client satisfaction. Requires cabinetry knowledge, ERP systems familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a base salary of $35,000 plus a 2% sales commission during a one-month training period.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with 20/20 Design software (preferred)
- Cabinetry knowledge
- ERP systems experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment
- Ability to meet monthly sales quota
