Job Summary
Meet with clients to discuss kitchen design needs, measure and calculate dimensions, and create detailed layouts using CAD software. Collaborate on material selections, prepare design proposals with cost estimates, and coordinate with contractors to oversee installation. Manage material orders with suppliers, maintain project records, and work with sales staff to generate leads and schedule meetings. Stay current with new product offerings. Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with Saturdays based on volume.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to sell products and services effectively to clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer skills
- Experience using 2020 Technologies design software
- Experience in BisTrack order entry systems and Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or 2 years college preferred
- 2-5 years in a Kitchen and Bath Design position, or very closely related field preferred
- Telephone customer service experience preferred
