Kitchen and Bath Designer

Job Summary
Meet with clients to discuss kitchen design needs, measure dimensions using basic math, and create detailed layouts via CAD software. Collaborate on material and fixture selections, present proposals with cost estimates, and coordinate with contractors to oversee installation. Manage material orders with suppliers, maintain project records, and generate sales leads through telephone and in-person communication. Schedule meetings with customers and stay current on new product offerings. This role supports Finetco's family-owned construction design corporation across Coventry, Wareham, and West Haven, requiring experience with 2020 Technologies design software and BisTrack systems.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to sell products and services effectively to clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer skills
- Experience using 2020 Technologies design software
- Experience in BisTrack order entry systems and Microsoft Office
- Must stay current with new product offerings
- 2-5 years in a Kitchen and Bath Design position, or very closely related field preferred
- Associate's Degree or 2 years college preferred
