Job Summary
Lead the pedagogical and organizational management of a small daycare facility, guiding a team of 15 children aged 1–3 and overseeing daily operations including concept development. Provide direct support to staff while maintaining close collaboration with parents and the board on an equal footing. Manage a weekly schedule of 30–39 hours with flexible leadership time, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. The role offers TVöD compensation, a Deutschlandticket, and paid supervision within a flat hierarchy structure.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als pädagogische Fach- oder Ergänzungkraft (z. B. Erzieher*in, Kindheitspädagog*in, Kinderpfleger*in)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Kindertageseinrichtung, idealerweise im U3-Bereich
- Absolvierte oder geplante Fortbildung für Leitungskräfte
