Job Summary
Conduct daily leadership of a group for children aged 3 to 6, providing structure to the group's routine and planning pedagogical offerings with your team. Coordinate closely with colleagues and the facility director while serving as the primary contact for parents. Work full-time between 7:00 and 16:00 from Monday to Friday, with a monthly salary starting at 3,500 € plus a 50 € allowance. The role offers 30 vacation days, paid training, supervision, and a subsidized company ticket. Join a small team in a kindergarten with a large outdoor area in Essen-Frintrop, fostering a culturally diverse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Erzieher/in oder Heilerziehungspfleger/in oder ein pädagogisches Studium, z.B. Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Kindheitspädagogik, Heilpädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaft, Elementarpädagogik oder Rehabilitationspädagogik
