Job Summary
Kit QC Inspector at ICON in Farmingdale, NY responsible for inspecting and verifying kit components, maintaining detailed records, ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met, and contributing to the integrity of clinical operations. You will inspect visit kits according to SOPs prior to packing and transfer to shipping, perform QC as required by SOPs, log and communicate errors to the QC supervisor, and help achieve daily/weekly quotas. The role requires a high attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work onsite Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. On-site duties include ensuring kit quality, adherence to SOPs, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with the shipping and QC teams. Hourly rate is $23.50 with benefits and on-site opportunities in the Long Island/Queens area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related role
- Basic computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel and typing
