Job Summary
Responsible for creating from project scope, pricing, and versioning all Bills of Materials for kit construction; acts as liaison between Finance, Project Management, and Supply teams. Duties include creating and maintaining new item cards and BOMs, mapping item cards to budget planning, ensuring complete work instructions from Clinical Trial Materials, assisting Project Management to align BOMs with trial needs, maintaining version control on BOM modifications, standardizing SKUs with inventory, coordinating with Supply, Logistics, and Project Management for international shipments, executing and submitting pricing per the pricing strategy for sponsor approval, filing pricing calculations for future review, attending project management study kick-off and handoff meetings, and supporting adhoc requests from Finance, BOS, and Contracts, plus performing various reporting. Skills include reading and interpreting safety rules and procedures, writing routine reports, effective communication with customers/employees, basic math (discounts, percentages, algebra), problem solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Education/experience path includes a four-year degree (preferred) or equivalent experience; high school diploma with relevant regulated-environment experience also considered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Candidates with High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ experience in a regulated environment
- 3 years’ experience within a regulated environment preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems
