Job Summary
Design engaging lessons using data to guide instruction and maintain a positive, warm, inclusive classroom environment that incorporates Restorative Practices and Social Emotional Learning. Collaborate with the school's Leadership Team and Instructional Coach through weekly meetings to strengthen teaching practice, while analyzing student data regularly to inform instructional strategies. Implement culturally responsive classroom management strategies and communicate regularly with staff, students, and families to ensure strong partnerships. Update student records including attendance and behavior data, and attend weekly Professional Development to continue growing as an educator.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Hold a valid teaching credential in the subject of your desired role
- Be eligible for a General Education Limited Assignment Permit, Provisional Internship Permit, or Short Term Staff Permit
- CPR certification by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
