Job Summary
Develop and coach staff on curriculum, internalization, and planning to ensure fidelity to school expectations while monitoring summative and formative data to align coaching plans with teacher development needs. Lead direct coaching and school culture support to advance teacher practice, creating and implementing professional development sessions that address specific school needs. Align onsite support schedules with the Instructional Leadership Team cadence to establish seamless integration, managing additional instructional support for up to two schools concurrently to maintain stability during transitions. Design teacher support in student behavior intervention systems to reduce reactive discipline and oversee essential daily operations including arrival, dismissal, lunch, and recess. This role supports instructional excellence during site-level capacity gaps, reporting to a school leader or Lead Learning Team within KIPP Northern California's network of public charter schools.
