Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate at Kipling is the store-facing role focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales while supporting visual merchandising, product replenishment, cashier duties, and loss-prevention initiatives. You'll contribute to meeting individual and team sales goals, maintain brand presentation standards, and uphold store policies and safety standards. The role emphasizes customer engagement, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment with potential transition to regular employment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior customer service or retail experience is a plus. Hiring range listed is $15.00 to $19.80 per hour, part-time or limited-time position with benefits eligibility as described by VF Corporation."
